Winter menus begin on 1 December
From 1 December, our seasonal winter menu begins. Dinner continues to feature seasonal kaiseki cuisine highlighting ingredients from Gunma, with Joshu Akagi Wagyu Beef as the centerpiece of the standard courses. Seasonal dishes such as sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are featured during the colder months.
