Our parking area is located a short distance from the inn. Please drive to the main entrance and leave your vehicle with our staff, who will park it for you.
Parking near the entrance is reserved primarily for guests with limited mobility and those departing early in the morning.

Will you pick us up from the highway bus stop?

Yes. For guests arriving by highway bus, we can pick you up from Ikaho Ishidangai Bus Stop, at the foot of the Ikaho Stone Steps. If you would like this, call us at +81 279-72-2611 when you arrive. See By highway bus.

What time should I arrive if dinner is included?

Check-in is at 15:00. If your stay includes dinner, please arrive in time for dinner to begin by 19:00. The latest check-in is 23:00. See Inn information.

Should I prepare for snow in winter?

Snow is possible through late March. If traveling by car in winter, please use winter tires or carry snow chains. Please contact us before departure if you would like the latest local road conditions.

How far is the inn from the Stone Steps?

The Ikaho Stone Steps are about a five-minute walk from the inn. Ryokan Omori is also conveniently located near the ropeway and Ikaho Ishidangai Bus Stop. See Sightseeing.
