If any part of the room, building, or furnishings is damaged or heavily soiled during your stay, please notify the front desk immediately. We will consider insurance where it applies. Which rooms have a private onsen bath?
Five Private Onsen Room types have an in-room private onsen: the Kake-nagashi Suite, the View Onsen Suite, the Private Onsen Suite, the View Onsen Twin, and the View Onsen Japanese Room. Some other rooms have a hinoki bath that is not hot-spring water. See Private Onsen Rooms.
Can I stay with children?
Children are welcome in the Kake-nagashi Suite and the View Onsen Japanese Room. The View Onsen Suite, the Private Onsen Suite, and the View Onsen Twin are available to guests of junior-high-school age and older. See each room for the note that applies.
Are there smoking rooms?
The Japanese-Western Room (10-tatami room with beds) is a smoking room. The Compact Japanese Room is offered as Non-smoking / Smoking. Smoking in a non-smoking room is charged at ¥55,000 for cleaning. See Japanese-Western Room and House rules.
