Cancellation Policy
From three days before arrival through the day before: 20% of the accommodation fee. Day of arrival: 50%. Some plans and dates have a separate policy.
No-shows and cancellations without prior notice will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee. Some plans and dates have a separate policy.
Accessibility
Four accessible guest rooms are available: three Japanese-Western rooms and one Western-style room. Wheelchairs are available on request. Guest-room toilets are Western-style and fitted with handrails. Handrails are also installed in the large public baths. Please contact us in advance to discuss any accessibility requirements.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00; the latest check-in is 23:00. If your stay includes dinner, please arrive in time for dinner to begin by 19:00. Check-out is at 10:00, or 11:00 on some plans. See Inn information.

Yes. Guests are welcomed at Lobby Lounge Yamazakura with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Complimentary morning coffee is served daily, and local sake and wine are available in the evening. See Yamazakura.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes. Gift Shop Mingeido on the third floor offers local crafts, souvenirs, and Gunma specialties. See Mingeido.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes. Designated smoking areas are beside the 3rd-floor entrance and on the 8th floor. Please use these areas when smoking. See Inn information.
Is Wi-Fi available?

Is parking available?
