Special-order dishes can be added to dinner. The current list on the official cuisine page is:

- Deep-fried Char (one fish) — ¥1,320
- Deep-fried Rainbow Trout (one fish) — ¥1,100
- Whole Char Sashimi (one serving) — ¥1,320
- Whole Rainbow Trout Sashimi (one serving) — ¥1,100
- Dessert plate — ¥2,200
When booking through the official Ryokan Omori website, select your preferred items under “Optional Items” before completing your reservation. If you booked through another site, call us after your reservation has been confirmed: +81 279-72-2611, 10:00–18:00. Please confirm what is available for your dates when you book.
