At the entrance of Ryokan Omori hangs a piece of calligraphy by Mitsuo Aida: “Okagesan.”

Each time we see this writing, we think of the faces of guests who have stayed with us, of our partners, and of everyone on the staff.

This year we enter our 107th year. That we have come this far is thanks to meeting so many people at this entrance, and to the connections we have been given.

From tomorrow, March begins. We will prepare spring menus, and we will welcome guests while cherishing the feeling of “Okagesan.” We ask for your continued kindness.

Seasonal meals are on Cuisine. A winter note is Winter menus begin on 1 December.
