Nakanojo Gardens Near Ikaho Onsen
We often write about places around Ikaho Onsen, including Akagi Nature Park. Another worthwhile stop nearby is Nakanojo Gardens.
The gardens are in Nakanojo Town, Agatsuma District, Gunma. They cover about 120,000 square meters — roughly 2.5 Tokyo Domes.
The site brings together seven themed gardens and a farm area, designed to showcase the natural character of the region through contemporary garden-making. The project was created in Nakanojo Town by gardeners with a deep love of plants and continues to evolve today.
