Bloom status of yama-tsutsuji at Nagamine Park
Nagamine Park, on the way from Ikaho to Lake Haruna, looks out over Ikaho Onsen as a whole. It is a colony of yama-tsutsuji (mountain azaleas).
According to the Ikaho Onsen Ryokan Association, it will take a little more time before the whole area is dyed red.
Nagamine Park is 7–8 minutes by car from the Ikaho Onsen streets. The distant mountains are especially fine.
Parking is limited. Please keep that in mind when you go.
