Hydrangea spots in Shibukawa (1)
The flower of Shibukawa City is the hydrangea (ajisai). Peak viewing differs by place, but you can enjoy it from about early June through early July.

1. Onoike Ajisai Park
A park known in and outside the city, with about 8,000 hydrangeas in bloom across 1.4 hectares. It is on the way to Ikaho Onsen, and many guests stop there.

2. Shibukawa City Comprehensive Park
The grounds have walking paths in harmony with nature and sculptures, and many hydrangeas are planted there. From older people to children, you can enjoy nature under the voices of wild birds.
