Events at the Misato Shibazakura Festival
Continuing from yesterday, the Haruna Tourism Association has sent notice of events at the Misato Shibazakura Festival.
Shibazakura and spring events
At Misato Shibazakura Park, the shibazakura and other flowers in the grounds, including nemophila, have reached full bloom. From this weekend, events begin against this scenery.
- Saturday 18 April: taiko by “Mai” of Takasaki University of Health and Welfare
- Sunday 19 April: the traveling Minowa-no-sato Fox Wedding Procession
- Saturday 25 April: hula by the Aloha Circle of Gunma Prefectural Women’s University
Each event is held twice, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. There are also many food and merchandise booths. Three days packed with highlights — good food, a powerful performance, and a traditional procession.
A good outing with family or friends.
Details are on the Takasaki City page.
