Rain in the open-air bath

On days like this, some guests leave the rooftop to the rain and choose the indoor baths instead. Learn more about open-air bathing in the rain, or explore our rooftop baths, Roman and Honoka.

Guests with tattoos, regardless of size or location, are not permitted to use the large public baths. Private Open-air Bath Nagomi is available as an alternative, and guests with tattoos are welcome to use it.

When day-use bathing is open, visitors are welcome to enjoy the baths without staying overnight. See Day-use Bathing.
