Limited-time sea bream ara-daki
We are pleased to introduce a limited-time special-order dish at Ryokan Omori.
This seasonal dish is sea bream ara-daki — sea bream slowly simmered in a savory-sweet sauce.
The glossy sauce complements the delicate white flesh and its gentle umami. The tender meat around the cheeks and eyes is especially prized by fans of ara-daki.
It pairs well with both sake and rice, and can be enjoyed as either a main dish or an additional side.
Sea bream ara-daki is a limited-time dish through the end of June 2026. Only 10 servings are offered each day. The price is ¥1,300 per person (tax included).
